Our Barns and Gazebos include W.M.G. delivery and installation throughout Northeastern Ohio.
If you live outside this area, please contact us and we will
let you know
if we can accommodate your delivery and installation at your
location.

Delivery and assembly is available on all other items. This is a service provided by our dealers and charges may vary.
Care of your Wood Furniture
To ensure the longest life for your outdoor furniture, each year you should apply a thin coat of a water proof sealant.
Building Permits
Many communities require building permits for installation of Barns and Gazebos. You should check with your local community for any local zoning requirements.
Building Site Preparation
Marking the Site:
You need to place four corner stakes to show dimensions and placement of the
prep site.
Your site markers should be at least one foot larger than the building on
all four sides, to accommodate positioning of the building.
The location of the door location should be marked by two stakes side by
side.
Preparing the Site
If you contract for site preparation through W.M.G., our prep site crew will prepare the site as soon as possible after your
purchase, regardless of the date of the building placement.
We will make a courtesy call in advance to say when we will be there, but we
will not make appointments.
You do not need to be present during our site preparation activities.
We will leave you any top soil.
If your site is not truck accessible, a wheelbarrow charge will be applied
to cover time and labor.
