Once you've made your purchase decision, our dealer will place you in
contact with a W.M.G. Financing representative to complete the financing
application.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Barns, Gazebos, Rose Arbor Swings
10% deposit required
Balance due within five days of
completion
of construction.
Site Preparation requires payment in full at time of contract.
All other items require payment in full at time of purchase.
SALES TAX:
Installation, assembly and site preparation are not subject to Ohio Sales
Tax.
Delivery of Barns is subject to Ohio Sales Tax and is taxed by delivery location not by where the purchase was made.
Delivery of all other products is subject to Ohio Sales Tax and is taxed by the purchase location.
WARRANTIES:
All Barns and Gazebos have full warranties. The terms of these
warranties vary by product. It is important that you discuss the product
specific warranty conditions with your Sales Representative at the time of
your purchase.
